Born in Ecuador, Renatta moved to New York with her family at a young age, where she quickly learned to navigate the challenges many immigrants face—adapting to a new environment, overcoming language barriers, and finding her place in a new culture. Rather than letting those obstacles define her, Renatta used them as fuel, building resilience, determination, and a deep understanding of people—skills that have shaped her success across multiple industries.

Before transitioning into real estate, Renatta built an impressive career in television and media, working as a field producer on the hit show The Apprentice and as a casting director for major prime-time commercials and shows like The Voice. She later expanded her expertise into real estate development and management within her family’s business, gaining a well-rounded foundation in marketing, negotiation, and client service.

Today, Renatta is the Managing Partner and Broker of InLuxxe Realty, where she delivers a high-level, concierge-style experience to her clients. Her background in marketing and storytelling allows her to position properties strategically, while her strong communication and problem-solving skills make her a powerful negotiator who consistently delivers results.

In addition to real estate, Renatta is also a travel advisor who has visited over 40 countries, bringing a global perspective to everything she does. Her passion for travel and lifestyle allows her to help clients not only find the right home, but also create a life that aligns with how they truly want to live—both locally and around the world.

Renatta also co-manages her family’s successful wedding and event venue, Villa Salamanca, located in Guayaquil, Ecuador, further showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to excellence. She was recognized as a Top Buyer’s Agent at Keller Williams Core and currently serves on the Vice President for NAHREP Long Island, an organization dedicated to empowering and educating the Hispanic community to achieve the American Dream of homeownership.

When she’s not working with clients or closing deals, Renatta can be found snowboarding or exploring a new destination with her family—always embracing life with the same passion and drive she brings to her business.
